Shopping Problem:

No, even you haven’t registered account, you can still order our product.

Account used to store your information, so you shopping again have more funny.

Payment Problem:

You can choose “Bank Transfer” method, come to bank counter or ATM to transfer to our account. Then send the receipt, order number and contact details to our email info@littlepasser.com . After we have received, we will reply to you immediately to confirm the payment.

You can email us, or Line, WeChat our account, we will immediately follow up for you.

No, we do not offer cash and check services.

We do not offer online cheque payment. However, you can contact with our customer service, We will follow up with special order.


Shipping Problem:

We provide Surface Parcels, Air Parcels and Speedpost, parcel sent by Hong Kong Post, detail information on this page.

After the confirmation of payment 1-3 working days, we will send the goods.

Yes, please within 2 hours after purchase contact us.

不能,我們並沒有提供現金付款服務。

郵寄問題:

我們提供三種郵寄方式,分別為「平郵包裹」、「空郵包裹」、「特快專遞 」,三個方式均為香港郵政處理, 詳細資料可瀏覽此頁面
